Shipping costs vary by country and by weight of package. Shipping is combined for more than one item. Any shipping inquiries please email.

All ready to wear orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday – Friday). All orders are sent with tracking. Check your account for a confirmation email with shipping details.

Non Ready To Ship items are handmade to order and shipping times can be between 3-4 weeks. Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery.

HÄXÄN is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items, or items delayed by the carrier. If you require a fast tracked item, or any special shipping requirements please email for inquiries.

RETURNS

HÄXÄN do not offer refunds on any items, but do offer exchanges on wrong sized items, or change of mind. I encourage you to check out the size guide for specific measurements. If you are unsure or need a custom fit please contact.

Anything worn, altered, washed or missing it’s original packaging and tags are not accepted for exchange. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
